SIVCOM 2006 is organized by Video and Image Processing
Laboratory UET Taxila. It is the first competition
of its type in Pakistan.
Important dates;
REGISTRATION FEE
The registration fee for each entry (poster presentation
and project competition) is Rs.1000/- nonrefundable.
Registration fees will be payable as bank draft
in favor of Treasurer, HBL, UET Taxila.

Names of the participants
entered in the entry forms shall be considered
final and will be consequently mentioned on
the certificates.

A panel of judges will evaluate
each project. Participants are required to be
present at all times because the evaluation
will be done at any time without informing the
participants.

Decision of judges in all
matters will be final and cannot be challenged.
- Any misconduct from a participant will result
in the disqualification of the participant/software
from the competition.
- Paticipants are required to include Abstract,
Motivation, Description, Results/ Conclusion,
Acknowledgement and References in the technical
write-up and submit it at the time of registration.
- The Software should not be a replica of any
other software developed elsewhere.
- Registration Form set consists of;
- Registration Form duly filled and signed
by head of
- Department/Institution.
- Technical write-up of Software /Project.
- CD Rom having soft copy of project/software.
- Bank Draft in favor of “SIVCOM-HBL
UET Taxila”
- The accepted entries will be informed via email.
- Accommodation will be given to only the participants
who have applied for it in the registration forms.
- Organizers reserve the right to change any
rule without any prior notification.
